Nottinghamshire Police have launched an appeal for information after a fight broke out between a group of women inside one of our village pubs. Officers were called to The Red Lion on Easthorpe Street last Friday night (10th February) at around 11.30pm when it was reported seven women were fighting and throwing glasses at each other. Three women, aged 35, 37 and 49, were arrested on suspicion of affray and have been bailed while investigations continue. Police investigations are continuing after an incident last night in our village which left a man needing hospital treatment. Emergency services were called to an address in Leys Court, Ruddington, at 9.21pm yesterday evening (Wednesday 12th October) after reports of an assault.
