Organisers of Ruddington’s free weekly run for 4 to 14 year-olds have revealed they’ll be joined by two very special guests this autumn. As part of BBC Children in Need, Pudsey Bear and celebrity body-coach Joe Wicks will be taking part in four UK Parkruns in November – including Rushcliffe Junior Parkrun in our country park at 9am on Sunday 13th November 2022. Excitement is mounting as Ruddington’s most famous park runner continues to progress in a top-rated, national, television contest. Stef Reid MBE, a track and field paralympian who competes for Team GB, has become one of the big stars of the fourteenth series of ITV’s ‘Dancing on Ice’.
