Criminals Target Development Sites

It seems the various building sites around Ruddington at the moment are presenting new opportunities for criminals. Parents of children who are starting Year Six this September are being urged to put down FOUR preferences when applying for their child’s secondary school place – to avoid losing out on their preferred school or academy for September next year. New Community Centre Designs Unveiled

Update to Stamp Duty Thresholds

Reduced ‘stamp duty’ rates on residential properties from the 1st July will be an added bonus to so many prospective home buyers says Benwell Daykin. Wilford Road Closing for a Week

Drivers are being reminded that Wilford Road in Ruddington is to be shut for a whole week this August as highway contractors finish constructing the new junction into the Bloor Homes ‘Fairham Green’ development.
