Ruddington’s two most fought-against Green Belt housing developments are up for discussion by Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC) planners this Thursday. Ruddington Arrest After Firearms Warrant

Nottinghamshire Police say a 40-year-old man has been arrested during an early morning raid in our village on suspicion of the possession of a firearm. Officers carried out a warrant just before 2.30am today (Tuesday 4th February) at a house on Woodhouse Gardens in Ruddington and recovered what is thought to be a firearm from the property. Tributes Paid to Parkrun Volunteer

A familiar face has been missing from the Junior Parkrun at Rushcliffe Country Park this year – that of Neil Breward – who only in November was celebrating volunteering at the weekly, Ruddington event for the 100th time.
