Ruddington Bus Fares CUT by 20%

Ruddington’s main transport operator has announced the welcome news that the New Year will begin with significantly cheaper travel aboard our village buses. Nottingham City Transport (NCT) Navy 3 and Green 10 bus passengers will benefit from a 20% cut in its single fares throughout January, February and March 2023 thanks to the government funded ‘Help for Households’ initiative. The standard adult single from Ruddington to Nottingham (and vice versa) will be reduced from £2.50 to £2.00. A Ruddington pub boss says he was ‘shocked’ that Parish Councillors did not wish to renew a popular, long-running scheme to provide much needed extra parking in our village centre.
