Annual Summer Fayre this Saturday

Ruddington’s second “Summer Fayre” is being held on The Green this Saturday, the 19th of August, and promises to be even bigger and better than last year. Our much anticipated four day “RuddFest” 2017 is here – and is more impressive than ever! It runs from noon until late from Thursday the 1st to Sunday the 4th of June. Ruddingtonians will get to see our local “Pointless” stars AGAIN – after they reached the “Head to Head” stage of the popular BBC TV quiz presented by Alexander Armstrong and Richard Osman on Friday. A member of a Leicestershire running group – who will be back in Ruddington this Sunday (23rd April) – has taken to social media to warn residents of their next visit! April Fun at the Framework Knitters’ Museum

Ruddington’s Framework Knitters’ Museum is stepping up its events programme around Easter to try to bring in the visitors this April. The annual Knitted Bunny Hunt makes its return on Good Friday 14th April. The popular event takes place from 11am to 4pm, with FREE admission for all children bringing their own toy bunny or wearing an Easter bonnet.
