Fashion Show and Sale

This is a fundraising event organised by Friends of St Peter’s Junior School (FoS) charity. The Fashion Show and Sale is on Friday 6th October at St Peter’s Junior School on Ashworth Avenue. NTHC Firework Spectacular 2023

Ruddington’s famous ‘Firework Spectacular‘ is at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre on Saturday 4th November. Autumn Road Transport Rally

All forms of road transport – large and small – are invited along at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre on Sunday 8th October from 10am to 4pm. This weekend event will be hosted at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre (NTCH) and everyone’s welcome to the Miniature Traction Engine Rally on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th September. The organiser of a popular acoustic music night, which has been running in Ruddington for seven and a half years, has revealed a second change of village venue in just nine months. Carriage Shed Takes Shape

Volunteers at Ruddington’s heritage railway report that work has got underway on schedule to finish building the long-planned covered storage area for its vintage carriages. This will complement the existing locomotive shed and engineering works at Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre on Mere Way. A less ‘formal’ form of churchgoing is now available in Ruddington thanks to a new initiative hosted at The Framework Knitters’ Museum.
