Green Memory Café 

This is your invitation to the Green Memory Café launch at Rushcliffe Country Park. The Café is a new initiative in Ruddington for people living with memory loss and their carers. You can drop in to the newly refurbished Meeting Room at the Visitor Centre on Wednesday 21st June, anytime between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. Rushcliffe Dementia Project aim is for people to experience nature based activities, short walks or just to relax, socialise and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Park Play Area Reopens for Easter

Friends of Rushcliffe Country Park have confirmed that vital maintenance work at their large children’s play area has been completed on schedule. That means the popular Ruddington children’s facility is now back open for villagers and visitors alike, in time for Easter, having been shut for an overhaul and safety checks during March. After the ‘lockdown’ Christmas of 2020, and the rather restrained festive season of 2021, Ruddington’s celebrations in 2022 look as if they might just be the biggest and best ever!
