Interim Encampment Ban at Rushcliffe Country Park
Rushcliffe Borough Council has announced that ‘unauthorised encampments’ are now banned at Ruddington’s Country Park after it successfully secured a court injunction, with power of arrest, to prevent camps being set up at some of its strategic locations. Dog Poisoning Fear in Rushcliffe Country Park
There are concerns there may still be a hidden danger to dogs and other animals in our Country Park after slug pellets wrapped in bacon were found there. It’s especially concerning as summer weekends are a peak time for dog owners to take their pets to enjoy facilities such as Coppers’ Dog Activity Trail (pictured).
