Amazingly, when our next Ruddington Village Market takes place this February, it will be marking one year since its launch! Hosted by The White Horse Inn, in partnership with the now award-winning Ruddington Village Centre Partnership (RVCP) team, the event has since firmly established itself on many people’s lists of essential things do in the area each month. Ruddington’s March Market

After around two thousand people flocked to the inaugural Ruddington Village Market at The White Horse Inn a month ago, organisers are keeping their fingers crossed that this Saturday’s follow-up will be just as popular. Last time, many visitors continued their “Ruddy Good Day Out” with a stroll down Church Street and High Street to visit our shops and cafés, too. It’s hoped that it will draw locals back into our…

New Village Market Coming Soon!

The countdown has begun to the launch of a brand new Ruddington Village Market – which is set to start in February 2019. As reported previously on RUDDINGTON.info, the idea of an outdoor market began to gather pace following the formation of the Ruddington Village Centre Partnership (RVCP). This is a joint group of Ruddington traders, Parish Councillors and residents, brought together to pursue ways to promote the vibrancy and prosperity of our village centre in the wake of a number of retail closures, not least Glyn Thomas’ Greengrocers. The original…
