Jasper’s Café is the idea of Paul Carver and Cathy Hatfield who’ve always dreamed of owning their own coffee shop. This week it became a reality. Following the relocation of Julia’s Kitchen from Church Street into larger premises on High Street it hasn’t taken long for another brand new business to spring up in its place.
