£400,000 Grant for ‘Green’ Apprenticeships

An educational centre in Ruddington, which helps to train vehicle mechanics of the future, is celebrating new Government funding to develop a brand-new facility specialising in the ‘decarbonisation’ of vehicles. Nottingham College’s EMTEC Centre on Mere Way is already home to its commercial and automotive employer services offer. Police Crack Down on Untaxed Cars

Ruddington residents should be aware of a recent flurry of Nottinghamshire Police activity here around vehicles that are either untaxed or holding a Statutory Off Road Notification (SORN) but still being left on the street. In the last couple of weeks, at least two cars in Ruddington have been seized and towed away after it was discovered their owners were breaking the law.
