The institution uses financial services to support Christian churches and charities – with its profits utilised to support Christian causes. A Christian bank, which operates from Ruddington Fields Business Park, is soon to be under new ownership. Kingdom Bank on Mere Way is, bizarrely, now Ruddington’s only bank, following the closure of our village centre HSBC and Barclays branches, however it is telephone and mail based. New Co-op Cashpoint

Ruddington will soon have a new 24 hour cashpoint on Church Street. For a short period, after the closure of HSBC’s branch in 2010 then Barclay’s in 2015, Ruddington was left without a single round-the-clock ATM in the village centre.  Instead locals and visitors had to rely on cash-back, machines located inside Sainsbury’s or the Co-op during opening hours, or head to Loughborough Road filling station.
