On the eve of the inaugural Ruddington Village Market, it’s been announced that our village is to be the first in Rushcliffe to feature at the start of a special series of magazine articles – in a publication distributed to over 60,000 homes. With our brand new Ruddington Village Market now less than a fortnight away, promotional leaflets have begun dropping through local letterboxes this weekend to try to ensure that even our less internet-savvy residents get to hear about it! The countdown has begun to the launch of a brand new Ruddington Village Market – which is set to start in February 2019. As reported previously on RUDDINGTON.info, the idea of an outdoor market began to gather pace following the formation of the Ruddington Village Centre Partnership (RVCP). Ruddington Farmers’ Market Seeks Stallholders

Another new initiative to attract shoppers into our village centre – aimed at both residents and visitors – will be trialled early in the New Year. Now organisers are looking for local traders interested in having a stall. The idea of a Ruddington Farmers’ Market has been doing the rounds since just after Easter – when Ruddington Parish Council called an Extraordinary Meeting.
