A new initiative which aims to unite our village’s elderly residents and pre-school children, so they can enjoy fun activities together, is continuing this week at Ruddington Methodist Church. More Big Sing Success!

Our village came alive today – with the sound of singing seemingly to be heard from every direction. It was nothing to do with The Eurovision Song Contest, but rather the 2018 Ruddington “Big Sing” – which organisers have hailed a great success! Hosted by Ruddington Community Choir, it is a festival simply to celebrate the joy of singing – with over 200 members from 13 choirs taking part in 13 workshops and community singing at six different village venues.
