A Ruddington based clothing designer has now been recognised by a national newspaper for another of her unique maternity products – created and crafted in Nottinghamshire. Former midwife Olivia Swift first achieved nationwide recognition two years’ ago after designing a fashion top which allows women to breastfeed babies discreetly in public. A midwife from Ruddington has achieved national recognition after designing a fashion top which allows women to breastfeed babies discreetly in public. Olivia Swift has just received the Bronze award in “The Best of British for Parents” category of Mumii UK‘s “Best Baby and Toddler Gear Awards” 2017! Ruddington’s Grace Hardy has just missed out on being crowned “Miss Nottingham 2017”. Having become one of the top 10 finalists out of 19 women originally competing at this year’s contest, the 19 year old student came an impressive THIRD in Sunday night’s glitzy ceremony held at The Village Hotel in Beeston.
