Village Market Presents Makers’ Night
For one night only, Ruddington Village Market will be transformed into ‘Makers Night’ this month, as they present a special craft event across multiple village venues. In the last year alone, for example, Co-op shoppers donated almost 2000kg of food; the children of James Peacock School collected nearly 200kg for their Harvest Festival; and recently, Sainsbury’s have been donating their surplus fresh and baked produce for next-day distribution.
