Whilst the hot, dry summer of 2022 meant that many local farmers harvested their crops some time ago – earlier than ever this year – the annual ‘harvest celebration’ in Ruddington will be taking place this weekend. Christmas Kindness Continues
An old age pensioner in Ruddington is among those thanking a big hearted but anonymous donor after yet more ‘random acts of kindness’ this Christmas. For the fourth year in a row in our village, envelopes each stuffed with £100 in £20 notes landed on a handful of residents’ doormats on December 24th, marked simply with the words ‘Random Act of Kindness’.
