Managers and staff at Ruddington’s Country Cottage Hotel are celebrating again after they won another accolade for taking extra steps to ensure customers are safe and have a great time when they visit. Our popular village hotel, conference, music and wedding venue – run by Julie Sturt and her son Andrew – secured the “Judges Choice Award 2016/17” for Rushcliffe. Members of Freedom Dance & Performance are celebrating their success at the 2016 “Dance World Cup“. 38 different countries from Jersey to South Africa were there taking part. Among the twelve thousand competitors were thirty young dancers from the Ruddington based performing arts school – who jetted off to Jersey for a week to compete as part of Team England.
