Ruddington ‘Wakes’ Funfair

This is an annual, traditional, event called Ruddington ‘Wakes’ and it’s run by David Cox Family Amusements. The Funfair runs until Sunday 30th June on Sellors’ Playing Field/Recreation Ground, along Wilford Road.

The family event start-time is 5pm on Thursday 27th & Friday 28th June – and from 2pm at the weekend.

If you live in Ruddington, walking to the Funfair is recommended. For those not in the village there’s some free onsite parking. Alternatively, except on Sunday, you can catch NCT’s Navy 3 bus service direct to the fair alighting at Paget Crescent bus stop. The Green 10 bus takes you as far as the village centre and back in the evenings and on Sunday.
