Nottinghamshire Police say a 40-year-old man has been arrested during an early morning raid in our village on suspicion of the possession of a firearm. Officers carried out a warrant just before 2.30am today (Tuesday 4th February) at a house on Woodhouse Gardens in Ruddington and recovered what is thought to be a firearm from the property. Rushcliffe Police report they have executed a search warrant at a house in Asher Lane this morning (Tuesday 23rd July). It was after receiving intelligence from the local community around suspicious drugs related activity at the Ruddington address.
