Grab a Tree for Free!

Ruddington residents and groups can make their properties and communities even greener by applying for FREE trees for a third year running. It’s part of a continuing strategy by Rushcliffe Borough Council (RBC) to provide ‘sustainable environments’ – as villagers brace ourselves for significant housing growth in the next decade. Over 5,700 trees have already been distributed by the authority since the start of its campaign in 2018. The challenging issues of climate change and plastic pollution are at the forefront of many people’s minds at the moment.
