‘Heat ‘n’ Eat’ £1 Monday Lunch
If you’re a Ruddington resident, trying to cope with the cost of living, how about a chef-prepared hot meal and a soft drink for just £1 served at St Peter’s Church at 12.30pm?
Organisers at St Peter’s Church say “Heat ‘n’ Eat is a new way for everyone to enjoy affordable, good, wholesome food. We hope you’ll want to be part of this new community whether you work at home or in a local office, live alone or with a partner, or simply enjoy socialising.”
This new initiative has been running fortnightly since 27th June 2022 and was made possible with financial support from Rushcliffe Borough Council. The 2-course meal has proved popular ever since it began, so pre-book your place!
Anyone who lives in the village can book. But places are limited, so you’ll need to register in advance when the page is posted >>HERE<< for each meal date via Eventbrite, so organisers know how many people to cater for. The current limit is around 30 per meal with the possibility of expanding it if there is more demand. For further details, or help with registering, please email Church Administrator Nikki at ruddoffice@gmail.com.

Please note: The event is usually scheduled to run on the 1st & 4th Monday of the month. Meal dates and the time were correct at the time of publishing this diary event, but may be subject to change by the organisers because it is a new initiative and under a monthly review.
Disclaimer: RUDDINGTON.info publish all diary events in good faith and can’t be held responsible for any changes or cancellations of the activity. We run our calendar as a community service and details were correct at the time we promoted them, so advise you to contact the organiser before attending. Thanks.
