Well done to everyone who took part!

The ‘Easter Colouring Competition’ is run each year by village-based Independent Estate and Letting Agents Benwell Daykin. General Manager Ricky Benwell explains: “Our company is very much a family orientated business and we believe that we should be as active in the village community as possible. Therefore we hope this competition is a bit of fun during the Easter break – with some prizes to be won, too – the perfect combo!”

You can click >>HERE<< or on the image below to download and print out a copy of the picture your child needs to colour in. Alternatively, ready-printed copies are available to pick up in person from Benwell Daykin’s office at 12, High Street.

Kids can colour it in however they wish – using crayons, paint, glitter or whatever comes to mind. There are prizes for the top three pictures in each category, which are under 5s, 6-8 years old and 9-11 years old. Prizes range from small Easter eggs through to large Easter eggs and also Smyths Toy Store vouchers.

Ricky adds: “We have distributed copies to St Peters Junior School and James Peacock Primary School in Ruddington, too, so we hope lots of village children will take part!”

Since 2022, by popular demand, there’s also a separate competition for the grown-ups; meaning parents and kids can be creative together.

“There is one prize for the adults – a bottle of champagne” advises Ricky. Their slightly more complex picture can be accessed by clicking >>HERE<< (or on the image below) to download and print out a copy. Alternatively, ready-printed copies are again available to pick up in person from Benwell Daykin’s High Street office.

The entry deadline this year is Good Friday, March 29th – just before the Easter weekend. Winners will then be picked and they, or parents or guardians, contacted to collect their prizes. Good luck!
