As we enter the second week of the new national Coronavirus ‘lockdown’, concerns are being expressed by users of Rushcliffe Country Park that ‘social distancing’ and other COVID-safe guidelines are not being followed. ‘Lockdown’ Library Arrangements

In line with the UK Government’s new national COVID-19 rules, it’s been confirmed Ruddington Library will not be opening during the new ‘lockdown’. As it stands, this means its doors will remain closed to villagers this Friday (November 6th), and on future Tuesdays and Fridays when it should have been open, through until Tuesday December 1st. It’s possible this closure may last even longer if current Coronavirus restrictions are extended, or if they are followed by tougher, local restrictions in Rushcliffe. Ruddington’s Buses During Second ‘Lockdown’

As we come under a second national ‘lockdown’ in England, Ruddington’s main bus operator says – this time around – both its Navy 3 and Green 10 village services will continue to run to their usual schedules.
