Post Office Closure

The Easter break will be slightly longer than usual for one of our village traders.  Ruddington Post Office at 4, High Street will be shut from 5.30pm today (Thursday April 1st) until 9.00am on Tuesday. Owner Nikki Wright explains: “This weekend we are closed temporarily for some building work which we are having done. This will make our working environment easier”. Ruddington Soft Play Centre Will Not Reopen

It was on Guy Fawkes’ Night almost six years’ ago that an imaginative addition to Ruddington kids’ social scene first lit up children’s faces in our village. On November 5th 2014 a new soft play centre called ‘Dizzy Rascalz’ opened its doors on Brookside Road and became an instant hit with youngsters and their parents.
