What’s Happening with the Old Youth Centre?

If you’ve walked, cycled or driven past The Green in the last couple of days, you’ll almost certainly have noticed the metal security fencing and scaffolding just erected at Ruddington’s former Youth & Community (‘Young People’s) Centre. Originally owned and maintained by Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) it has lain empty and disused since December 2016, with the main building having to be boarded up in 2018 following repeated acts of vandalism. Open Meeting: Warm Spaces

Come along to an open meeting to see how the village may be able to help vulnerable people during the cold winter weather to have warm spaces to go to in the daytime. Evans Pharmacy Has Moved!

Evans Pharmacy has moved to Charles Street, next door to Ruddington Library. The village pharmacy can now be found in new, purpose-built premises on the side of Dairy Cottage. The relocated Ruddington shop offers better accessibility for all, including a wheelchair ramp. It is now closer to the two GP surgeries and to the car parks within our village.
