It has been quite a year for Benwell Daykin!
Following our successful launch in January 2020, we found ourselves somewhat tested, time and time again. Firstly, by a huge leak in our office wall, followed by the first national lockdown and finally by the Ruddington High Street flooding. But, through it all, we continue to trade and have been encouraged by how warmly we have been received by the Ruddington community.
As we unfortunately enter another national ‘lockdown’, I’m delighted to say that the property industry remains open under the following guidance from the UK Government:-
“You can still move home. People outside your household or support bubble should not help with moving house unless absolutely necessary. Estate and letting agents and removals firms can continue to work. If you are looking to move, you can go to property viewings. Follow the national guidance on moving home safely, which includes advice on social distancing, letting fresh air in, and wearing a face covering.”
Therefore, FREE property valuations and viewings can still be conducted with the utmost care taken for clients and staff, with safety paramount.
