Rushcliffe Police say they’ve been made aware of the theft of several hanging baskets and potted plants from outside properties on the Pasture Lane estate in Ruddington. Officers report that the green fingered felons have been at work since Sunday, the 7th of May. However even before that, last Thursday, village resident Sarah Keep tweeted: “Someone has stolen my hanging basket in Ruddington. Keep yours safe!” The thefts appear to be happening overnight.
