Getting Festive at Ruddington Christmas Market
The team behind Ruddington’s popular monthly market is ready to pull out all the festive stops next Saturday, as ‘Ruddington Village Christmas Market’ returns for 2022. Organised by the Ruddington Village Community Partnership (RVCP), this year’s Christmas market is set to be an even bigger event after the wet and windy market of 2021; with over 100 indoor and outdoor stalls of food, drink and gifts, two covered pop-up bars and stages of live music, and children’s activities. On Sunday 6th November Ruddington’s famous ‘Fireworks Spectacular’ is taking place at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre. {Please note that it is NOT SATURDAY 5TH as has previously been listed on the web.} NTHC’s annual evening display for Guy Fawkes night features a funfair, hot food, sweet stalls and sideshows. The biennial charity event returns! Ruddington Open Gardens 2024 is on Saturday and Sunday 1st and 2nd June from 2pm until 6pm – so make sure you’ve got your ticket. You can visit around a dozen gardens, as well as allotments and other green spaces, around the village.
