Organisers of a BBC Children in Need “24 hour Spin Challenge” in Ruddington are celebrating raising £591.50 for the kids charity – so far! Scott Cawthan and Ryan Charlesworth (pictured) completed their gruelling challenge at midday today at The Project Body UK Gym and Wellness Centre on The Green after cycling through the night. Other cyclists joined in by doing 30 minute spin sessions alongside them – in exchange for a donation in the bucket for Pudsey. Friends and family of a popular Ruddington man who died in a tragic accident in August are putting on a day of events in his memory. As well as his partner Kelly Russell and two-year old daughter Scarlett, Michael Bugg had two other big loves in his life – football and music. So, on Sunday October 30th, they’re staging “BuggFest 2016”.
