Ruddington’s main bus operator has achieved Visit Britain’s official industry standard, which confirms it’s following industry and Government guidance on COVID-19, ‘social distancing’ and cleanliness. Nottingham City Transport (NCT) runs our village’s frequent and friendly Navy 3 and Green 10 services – which returned to a full timetable on June 28th – and has now officially been awarded “Good to Go!” status. The Return of Ruddington’s Navy 3 and Green 10C/10X

When the Government instructed us to ‘Stay at Home’ to ‘Save Lives’ and ‘Protect the NHS’ at the start of the Coronavirus ‘lockdown’ in March, bus operators quickly put their services on a much reduced ‘core’ timetable – with public transport being deemed for ‘essential travel’ only. Ruddington’s NCT Buses to Resume Normal Service Soon

Nottingham City Transport has set a date of Sunday June 28th to return to normal timetables on most of its buses – following this unprecedented period when only ‘core’ services are running due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus ‘lockdown’. Extra Buses on NCT’s Core Services

Nottingham City Transport is running additional bus services from Sunday May 31st 2020 to provide extra capacity for potential increases in demand – as more people return to work and current government restrictions are gradually lifted.
