A Ruddington nine year-old has just lost her much-loved long locks – so she can donate her hair to a children’s charity. Kind hearted Alice Rogers, who attends St Peter’s School, has gone even further – using her father Wayne’s JustGiving page to also raise money for The Little Princess Trust. This is a charity which provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young adults who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment and other illnesses.
