Ruddington Makers’ Night

This event is to showcase over 70 regional crafters and makers – from fine art to jewellery – in various venues in our village centre. This year, Makers’ Night will also have an abundance of stalls and attractions on the village green – including a a ‘Makers’ Marquee’, music, bar and street food. The King’s Coronation: Community Picnic

You can join in historic celebrations for The King’s Coronation, in our village! Ruddington’s Community Picnic is part of ‘The Big Lunch’  – it ‘brings neighbours and communities together to share friendship, food and fun.’ On Sunday 7th May residents can get together on the Village Green; starting with the St Peter’s Church morning service, then from 12-noon is ‘The Big Lunch’ community picnic. Iconic ‘Railbus’ for Ruddington

Ruddington’s Great Central Railway (Nottingham) has revealed that the latest addition to its heritage fleet should mean it will able to run trains here all year ’round.
