“Join us hunting for creepy crawlies in our secret woodland!” At Rushcliffe Country Park you’ll also be pond dipping as well as hunting for bugs on the first two Tuesdays (1st and 8th) in August for a couple of hours from 10.30am to 12.30pm. How about a “fun, wild and fantastic time for kids”? Children aged between 8 and 12, from the village and beyond, can get involved with 2-hour nature sessions run by Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust.
