The King’s Coronation: Community Picnic

You can join in historic celebrations for The King’s Coronation, in our village! Ruddington’s Community Picnic is part of ‘The Big Lunch’  – it ‘brings neighbours and communities together to share friendship, food and fun.’ On Sunday 7th May residents can get together on the Village Green; starting with the St Peter’s Church morning service, then from 12-noon is ‘The Big Lunch’ community picnic. Throughout the afternoon, expect entertainment by the Nottingham Concert Band and musicians. There’ll also be  children’s games. If you’ve ideas about how we can best celebrate King Charles III’s Coronation in our village, then the Events Committee at Ruddington Parish Council (RPC) would love to hear from you.
