I am often asked what is popular with my customers writes Ruddington based Travel Counsellor Leia Morales. Honestly it is difficult to say, as each of my enquiries is very different. But here is an insight into my last few bookings.
Return to the Caribbean in 2024
I had a customer come home from St Lucia and wanting to book to go back to the Caribbean again next year. This happens a lot as customers like to have something to look forward to and know that the best flight prices to peak destinations will be available 11 months ahead.

A lovely mother and daughter plus friend trip Down Under. We looked at the various ways to get around and opted for a cruise. They were keen to do a stopover so I found a great option to spend a few days in Bali on the way home.
Croatia
A couple who booked their honeymoon with me last year was looking for a shorter break away this year. Croatia was one of the places they mentioned, and I found a lovely hotel on one of the islands.
California
Having loved Florida this year, I had a family who wanted to explore more of the USA and visit California this time. After a lengthy discussion I researched all the places and planned the perfect road trip from San Francisco to Los Angeles including theme park tickets and other attractions.
Italy
A customer who needed to attend a wedding in Italy but unable to fly. A bit of a challenge but in the end I found them rail tickets from Nottingham via Eurostar to Paris. Overnight in Paris before continuing to Italy. After the wedding in Sorrento they wanted to explore the country, so further trains to Florence and Venice before the train journey home. A great way to see the countryside and lower carbon footprint.
