‘Garden Works’ Exhibition
Garden Works is a collection of embroideries created by Common Threads participants, in partnership with the Framework Knitters’ Museum. See the exhibition – which started on Saturday 23 July – until Thursday 1 September in the Chapel Art Gallery.
Common Threads have been taking inspiration from the Framework Knitters’ Museum collections.
They reveal: “This summer we focused on the beautiful gardens at the museum, inviting participants to create embroideries inspired by a garden or plant special to them.”
The museum adds: “The exhibition is free to enter, as is the museum’s café, garden, and shop.”
It’s open Wednesdays to Saturdays from 10am to 4pm and on Sundays between 1.30pm and 4pm.
{Please note: The museum is closed on Mondays & Tuesdays}
