All the fun of the fair!  Festive attractions include a chocolate tombola, mulled wine, hook a reindeer, tinsel pull and lots of traders’ stalls. The Best of Ruddington Unveiled

The first-ever ‘Rudd Award’ winners were announced at a special ceremony at St Peter’s Church last night {Friday 18th November}, with a raft of Ruddington favourites celebrated for their contribution to the local community. Macmillan Coffee Morning

Everyone is welcome! The Macmillan Coffee Morning is a get together to raise money for people living with cancer. It’s on for a couple of hours from 10am to 12 noon at Shrimpton Court, on Friday 30th September.   Since the fundraising morning started in 1990 the charity has raised over £290 million nationwide for Macmillan Cancer Support. Organisers of the first ever ‘RUDD Awards’ have just announced the 18 finalists – individuals, businesses and community groups from the village who’ve been shortlisted from over 300 nominations. The inaugural ‘RUDD Awards’ were launched in July 2022 by RVCP, Ruddington Village Community Partnership, to celebrate locals who’re making a difference to life in Ruddington, as well as contributing to a thriving ‘community hub and prosperous high street’. The biennial event is back! Have you got your ticket to visit ‘Ruddington Open Gardens’ weekend yet? Apart from a great experience visiting villagers’ gardens, you’ll be suppporting Save the Children and Action for Children.
