There were dramatic scenes in Ruddington this afternoon as a blaze swiftly spread out of control across several back gardens in our village. A woman had to be attended by ambulance staff following a blaze at her home in Ruddington this afternoon. Crews from Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service and East Midlands Ambulance Service were called to the property on Leys Road at just before 3pm after a fire was reported in one of the flats.
