Ruddington’s Junior Parkrun is now back every Sunday morning – for 4 to 14 year-olds only. The 2K run is just for fun so come along, whatever your pace! It’s run on a mixture of trail paths and grass in Rushcliffe Country Park, Mere Way, Ruddington, NG11 6JS. The course is 2000m long and organisers say “some sections of the course may accumulate mud, leaves and puddles after rain.
