Heat ‘n’ Eat £1 Monday Lunch
If you’re a Ruddington resident, making difficult choices in these tough times (e.g. between heating and eating), how about a chef-prepared hot meal and a soft drink for just £1 served at St Peter’s Church?
Organisers at St Peter’s Church say “Heat ‘n’ Eat is a new way for everyone to enjoy affordable, good, wholesome food. We hope you’ll want to be part of this new community whether you work at home or in a local office, live alone or with a partner, or simply enjoy socialising.”
This new initiative, scheduled twice a month at 12.30pm on Mondays this year, has been made possible with financial support from Rushcliffe Borough Council. The 2-course meal started on the 27th June 2022 and proved very popular.
Anyone can book but you’ll need to register in advance for each meal date on ‘Eventbrite’ so organisers know how many people to cater for. You can book for this lunch >>HERE<<.
The current limit is around 30 per meal but with the possibility of expanding it if there is more demand.
For further details, or help with registering, please email Church Administrator Nikki at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The next meal date is scheduled to be Monday 25th July 2022 at 12.30pm* – and we’ll alert you via RUDDINGTON.info social media when booking commences.
*Please note: Meal dates and the time were correct at the time of publishing this diary event, but may be subject to change by the organisers because it is a new initiative and under a monthly review.
