This weekend event will be hosted at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre (NTHC) and everyone’s welcome to the Miniature Traction Engine Rally on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th April. This event is a celebration of all forms of road vehicles. Large and small transport are invited at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre on Sunday 21st April from 10am to 4pm. For March, Ruddington Women’s Institute meeting will also have singing! That’s because the charity has speakers and/or activities – like gin tasting to Tai Chi – as part of its meetings. This is an event for you to find out about Qi Gong – the traditional Chinese technique of gentle movement, breathing and meditation that practitioners believe supports mental and physical health. “Qi Gong is suitable for all ages and abilities. Ruddington Business Partnership is a monthly networking event held at The Ruddington Arms on Wilford Road. Organisers Rushcliffe Business Partnership say it’s a great way to build relationships with local business, individuals and tradespeople who attend from our village, from across Rushcliffe and, indeed, from right across the East Midlands.
