This is an event for you to find out about Qi Gong – the traditional Chinese technique of gentle movement, breathing and meditation that practitioners believe supports mental and physical health. “Qi Gong is suitable for all ages and abilities. Ruddington Business Partnership is a monthly networking event held at The Ruddington Arms on Wilford Road. All forms of road transport – large and small – are invited along at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre on Sunday 8th October from 10am to 4pm. This weekend event will be hosted at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre (NTCH) and everyone’s welcome to the Miniature Traction Engine Rally on Saturday 23rd and Sunday 24th September. This annual event is a “great family day out! More than 20 visiting vehicles with  free trips into the local countryside on preserved vehicles and other Heritage Centre attractions open as usual “ says host Nottingham Area Bus Society (NABS).  This popular NABS Bus Rally and Running Day is open on Sunday 16th July between 10am and 4pm at the Nottingham Transport Heritage Centre (NTHC).
