Ruddington Village ‘Virtual’ Market
Now into its second year, Ruddington’s Village Marketusually takes place on the first Saturday of each month at The White Horse Inn. It’s aninitiative jointly run by the pub alongside volunteers from the award-winning Ruddington Village Centre Partnership.
After holding the March 2020 market as usual, organisers decided to suspend the event until further notice in the interests of public health and safetydue to theCOVID-19 Coronavirus outbreak. Then, last month – when the May market should have been happening – a selection of its usual stall holders used the magic of ‘Instagram Live’ to reach customersat home instead. It was such a success that it’s happening again TODAY!
RVCP has hand picked a lineup of nine further shops, cafes, pubs and stalls that they’ll be chatting to – and going behind the scenes with. Hosted again by RVCP’s Mark Pinks, you’ll be able to comment and post questions in screen as the webcast goes along.
