Rushcliffe Parkrun is a weekly 5km run – you against the clock – every Saturday at 9:00am.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: As of Wednesday 18th March 2020, until further notice this, and all other Parkruns in the UK are suspended due to Coronavirus COVID-19. For park visitors the log cabin toilets at the Visitor centre and compost toilets in the play area will remain open for now – but please follow the strict guidelines on hygiene and hand washing.

It’s run in Rushcliffe Country Park, Nottingham, NG11 6JS. This is the course…
It costs nothing to join in but you’re asked to register before your first run. Only ever register with Parkrun once. Don’t forget to take a printed copy of your barcode (request a reminder). If you forget it, you won’t get a time.
And you’re welcome along whatever your pace!
Wherever possible organisers urge you to walk, jog, cycle or use public transport when attending the event. If you do have to drive, please consider car-sharing to reduce our impact on both the environment and other park users. Please also watch out for other park users when arriving and leaving. Parking may be limited so try to arrive early.
Rushcliffe parkrun needs you!
It is entirely organised by volunteers – email firstname.lastname@example.org to help.
Every week they grab a post Parkrun coffee at The Education Centre by the lake where all are invited to socialise afterwards.
