These weekly classes are being run by Jodi Meehan who has a Level 3 Diploma in Mat Pilates. They are suitable for beginners to intermediate.
Jodi’s sessions here are every Tuesday morning between 10.30am and 11.30am in Ruddington Village Hall. Prices start from £6.50 if paying ahead for the term. Full details are in the information pack.
