Rushcliffe Country Park “Move And Mingle” events are part of Rushcliffe Health Walks. Following a further easing of COVID-19 Coronavirus restrictions, these FREE guided health walks resume on Wednesday 21st April and will then take place every Wednesday at 10.30am again unless otherwise advised. Ruddington Village Market returns this April after a three month break during the latest national Coronavirus ‘lockdown’. Although organisers from the award-winning Ruddington Village Centre Partnership (RVCP) could have continued with ‘essential’ traders only throughout this period, it was paused again as a safety precaution in February and March because of the large number of visitors it usually attracts. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance.
