Future of Former Charity Shop Revealed

After being closed last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, then failing to reopen afterwards, RUDDINGTON.info confirmed in June that, sadly, The Children’s Society Shop in our village was no more. It was a relatively short tenure at 2, Easthorpe Street for the kids’ charity, which only moved here early in 2018. Ruddington’s Beautiful Orchard House

Whilst you may have seen the frontage to this historic village property many times, as you’ve passed Easthorpe Street, you might be unaware of all that lies behind – including its substantial buildings and impressive gardens. Orchard House is owned and operated by by MyCare – which also runs Balmore Country House and St Peter’s Care Home in Ruddington.
