Ruddington’s main bus operator has achieved Visit Britain’s official industry standard, which confirms it’s following industry and Government guidance on COVID-19, ‘social distancing’ and cleanliness. Nottingham City Transport (NCT) runs our village’s frequent and friendly Navy 3 and Green 10 services – which returned to a full timetable on June 28th – and has now officially been awarded “Good to Go!” status. Back to a “New” Normal at The Bottle Top

When Ruddington’s The Bottle Top celebrated its first year of trading on 10th May 2020 it was during unprecedented times – in the middle of a nationwide ‘lockdown’ caused by the Coronavirus pandemic. As an ‘essential’ business, permitted to remain open by the Government, owners Anthony and Alex Preston decided they would do so.
