Bus Fare Changes Postponed

In light of the Coronavirus pandemic, Ruddington’s main transport provider has put off all planned fare increases indefinitely. However its Navy 3 service has now been suspended whilst the frequency of its Green 10 buses to and from our village has been reduced. Nottingham City Transport says ‘unprecedented times’ – when buses should now only be used for ‘essential’ travel – prompted it to postpone the rise in fares which should have taken effect from 29th March 2020. Kids’ Easter Colouring Competition Goes On!

Early in March, RUDDINGTON.info helped new village estate and letting agents Benwell Daykin to launch their ‘Easter Colouring Competition’ – a bit of fun for local children of all ages in the run up to Easter for a chance to win various prizes, including lots of chocolate, of course!
